Fried Egg in a Pepper Ring – A Fresh New Look

- 1 bell pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 medium-sized tomato
- 1 egg
- salt & pepper
- fresh dill
- Cut off the top and bottom of the pepper, remove the seeds, and cut into thick rings.
- Melt the butter in a pan and lightly cook both sides of a pepper ring. Place a slice of tomato inside the ring, and pour your egg on top. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover the pan and let cook for 10-12 minutes. Finally, season with dill and serve.
