1. Piña Colada Popcorn

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup dried pineapple
  • ⅓ cup coconut chips
  • 3 tbsp white rum
  • ⅓ cup popcorn kernels

Instructions:

Melt the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat and roast the dried pineapple and coconut chips. Carefully add the white rum to the pan and flambé the ingredients. Add the popcorn kernels, cover the pan with a lid, and wait for the popcorn kernels to finish popping.

Ingredients:

  • duck breast skin
  • 2 tbsp orange marmalade
  • ⅓ cup popcorn kernels
  • juice from ½ cup of red cabbage
  • orange zest to garnish

Instructions:

Place the duck breast skin in a cold pan over low heat and let it cook very slowly. When the skin is golden brown and crispy, remove it from the pan. Add the orange marmalade and popcorn kernels to the pan, cover with a lid, and wait for the popcorn kernels to finish popping. Squeeze the red cabbage juice over the popcorn, mix well, and top with orange zest and crispy duck skin pieces.

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ cup blue & white sprinkles
  • ⅓ cup popcorn kernels
  • 1 handful mini chocolate chip cookies, crumbled
  • 1 handful mini Oreos, crumbled
  • candy eyeballs to garnish

Instructions:

Pour the vegetable oil into a pan over medium heat and let it warm up. Add the blue & white sprinkles, popcorn kernels, and cookie crumbs to the pan, cover with a lid, and wait for the popcorn kernels to finish popping. Mix to combine, pour the popcorn into a bowl, and garnish with candy eyeballs before serving.

Mix to combine, pour the popcorn into a bowl, and garnish with Sriracha and sliced scallions before serving.

  • 1 banana, cut in half
  • chocolate sauce & maraschino cherries to garnish

Instructions:

Pour the vegetable oil into a pan over medium heat and let it warm up. Add the popcorn kernels, sliced almonds, banana chips, and ice cream bar to the pan, cover with a lid, and wait for the popcorn kernels to finish popping. Mix to combine and pour the popcorn into a bowl. Serve the popcorn with a banana split in half lengthwise and garnish with chocolate sauce and maraschino cherries.
