As a punch, it’s the perfect drink for toasting the whole friend group, block, or even neighborhood. So grab that sunny liqueur and let’s get mixing!
Sparkling Aperol Punch: Ready in 15 Minutes
Having a barbecue and want to surprise your guests with a special drink? Then our Aperol punch is the ideal libation. Plus, the only ingredients you will need are Aperol, prosecco, white wine, fruit, and ice cubes.
First, wash the lemon, orange, and lime, then slice the fruit. Now pour the Aperol and wine into a punch bowl or large bowl and add a few sprigs of lemon balm and the sliced fruit.
If the punch is a bit too tart for you, you can add a bit of simple syrup to sweeten the deal. Make sure to do some taste tests as you’re mixing to make sure the punch is perfect for you. A cheeky delight, enjoy a glass while mixing if it so calls you, just do mind getting punch drunk!
To make sure your Aperol punch is refreshing, put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour and take it out just before serving. Now add prosecco and sparkling water (preferably well chilled) and ice cubes. Your guests will be thrilled.

Aperol Punch
Ingredients
- 2 organic oranges
- 4 organic limes
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 bottle white wine dry
- 1¼ cups (10 oz.) Aperol
- simple syrup optional
- lemon balm
- 1 bottle sparkling water
- 1 bottle Prosecco
- ice cubes
Instructions
- Thoroughly wash the oranges, lime, and lemon, then slice them.
- Pour the white wine and Aperol into a punch bowl. Add the citrus slices, lemon balm, and simple syrup (if using). Chill the punch for at least 1 hour.
- Just before serving, add sparkling water, prosecco, and ice cubes.
