Air Fryer Chicken and Vegetables
Equipment
- 1 Air fryer
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp dried herbs
- 1 tbsp paprika
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and pat the chicken dry. Then, cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash the broccoli, bell pepper, and zucchini. Cut the broccoli into florets. Core and chop the bell pepper, then dice the zucchini.
- Peel and slice the onion into rings. Peel and mince the garlic.
- Combine the chicken and vegetables in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Cook in the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes. Shake and cook for another 5 minutes.
