Easy Peach Cake with Few Ingredients
This cake is a true classic and will delight you with its fruity taste and simplicity! While it’s true that there are a million ways to make it, we believe we have found a fool-proof recipe that is too good to fail. We’ll start by maintaining that a good peach cake is a simple one. You just need a few ingredients to make it delicious. There’s no need to do more.
And it’s relatively quick to make, too: In ten minutes it’s already in the oven. While you’re draining the peaches, you can prepare the batter. Flour, sugar, butter, eggs, and baking powder are mixed into a smooth batter and then topped with juicy peach slices. A touch of cinnamon or some peach juice in the batter gives it a special touch. Afterwards, pop it into the oven for 50 minutes.
In summer, our easy peach cake tastes wonderful with fresh fruit, which makes the cake even more aromatic. Besides peaches, nectarines, cherries, plums, and other stone fruits go wonderfully with the light-as-air batter. No matter how you slice, dice, and prepare it, our easy peach cake is always a treat.
