You’ll Need:

  • 2 hot dogs
  • 3 eggs, scrambled
  • 1 slice of bread
  • chopped chives
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil for frying

Here’s How:

1.1 For the hot dog swirls, push 2 hot dogs through the egg slicer, cutting them into thin slices.

1.2 Heat a skillet with a thick layer of vegetable oil on the stove and fry the hot dog slices until they curl up and get crispy. Once the hot dog slices have fried, place them on a paper towel to soak up any excess oil.

1.3 Scramble the eggs, then place them on the slice of bread. Top the egg sandwich off with chopped chives, hot dog swirls, and freshly ground pepper.

2.2 Cut each of the hot dog rolls into 3 equal segments.

2.3 Grease an egg slicer with some vegetable oil and use it to cut the hot dog rolls into thin slices.

3. Easy Egg Sandwich

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp chopped chives

3.2 Place the first slice of bread in the center of the egg white while it’s cooking. After it has cooked briefly, flip the whole thing over using a spatula.

3.3 Place the egg yolk that’s left in the egg slicer in the center of the egg white and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella, sliced red onion, and chopped chives on top.

3.4 Fold the sides of the egg white inwards towards the center.

3.5 Squirt some ketchup on top of the folded egg white and cover it with the second slice of bread. Fry the uncooked side of the sandwich, then dig in!
