1. Heart Cake Pops

Yield: 8
Prep Time: 40 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour
Difficulty Level: Moderate

You'll Need:

  • 1 slice of cake
  • 1 lb white chocolate chips, tempered
  • 8 heart sprinkles
  • ⅓ cup Valentine's Day sprinkles
  • 1 heart-shaped cookie cutter
  • 8 cake pop sticks

Here's How:

1.1 Mash the piece of cake until the frosting and cake mix together. If the slice of cake you're using is too dry, add some jam, cream cheese, or buttercream frosting to make it more moist. Once the cake is fully mashed, temper the white chocolate chips.

1.2 Fill the heart-shaped cookie cutter with the mashed cake, making sure the cake is packed in tightly, then remove the cookie cutter. Dip the tip of 1 cake pop stick into the tempered white chocolate, then insert it into the tip into the heart. Dip the heart in the tempered white chocolate, covering it completely. Repeat this same process with the remainder of the ingredients.

1.3 Decorate the cake pops with heart-shaped and Valentine's Day sprinkles. Insert the cake pops into floral foam or a cup filled with sugar or rice and let the white chocolate coating harden.

2. Cupid's Dessert Cups

Yield: 6
Prep Time: 35 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Inactive Time: 5 minutes
Difficulty Level: Moderate

You'll Need:

  • 11 oz pink Candy Melts or white chocolate chips + red food coloring, tempered
  • 2 cups cream cheese frosting
  • raspberries, strawberries & red currants
  • 6 cupcake liners
  • heart-shaped cookie cutter
  • piping bag + round nozzle

Here's How:

2.1 For the heart-shaped dessert cups, temper the pink Candy Melts or white chocolate chips. If you're using white chocolate chips, stir in some pink or red food coloring once the white chocolate is tempered. Crease 1 paper cupcake liner at the top and bottom to make it into the shape of a heart, then place it in the heart-shaped cookie cutter. Brush the inside of the cupcake liner with the tempered chocolate and let it harden. Repeat this process 5 more times for a total of 6 dessert cups.

2.2 Carefully peel the cupcake liners away from the chocolate dessert cups. Transfer the cream cheese frosting to a piping bag with a round nozzle and pipe the frosting into the dessert cups. Top them off with raspberries, chopped strawberries, and red currants.

3. Dessert Cups Made With Love

Yield: 3
Prep Time: 25 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Inactive Time: 5 minutes

You'll Need:

3.2 Dip the portion of the balloon covered in white chocolate into a bowl filled with heart sprinkles, place the balloon on a piece of parchment paper or a plate, and let the white chocolate harden.

3.3 Carefully pop the balloon and remove it from the white chocolate dessert bowl. Repeat this process 2 more times for a total of 3 dessert bowls.
