  • 1 piece of toast, halved
  • 4 cooked bacon strips
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

1.1 Crack 2 eggs into a hot pan over medium heat and use a spoon to spread them out over the entire pan so that the egg whites and egg yolks mix together. Once the eggs have set, place one of the halved pieces of toast in the center on one side.

2.1 Take 3 juice glasses that are about 2-3 inches high and lightly grease the insides with cooking oil. Separate the eggs and set the egg whites aside for now. Whisk the egg yolks and divide the mixture evenly between the 3 glasses.
