Ingredients
  

For the base:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Toppings:

  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • fruit of choice
  • nuts
  • seeds
  • shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Using a fork, mash the bananas. In a bowl, mix them with the rolled oats. Combine with maple syrup.
  • Shape the banana-oat mixture into three small pizzas and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes
  • Meanwhile, cut the fruit into small pieces.
  • Let the pizza bases cool. Spread yogurt over the tops, as you would pizza sauce Add fruit, nuts, and seeds as desired, the finish with a sprinkle of shredded coconut on top.
