Berries as decoration (optional)
Instructions
Beat cream mixed with vanilla sugar. Add mascarpone and raspberry jam (or another kind of jam).
Mix the milk and eggs. Slowly pour in the flour and keep stirring to avoid clumps. Add vanilla sugar and melted butter.
Bake roughly 10 thin pancakes. Allow them to cool off.
Lay a pancake on a large plate and spread a few spoonfuls of cooled berry cream on top. Repeat to form a stack.
Cover the pancake stack with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for one hour.
Decorate with fresh berries or any other kind of fresh fruit.
