Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz cheddar cheese
  • 16 oz ground meat
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 8 bacon slices
  • oil for cooking
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • hot dog relish
  • caramelized onions
  • 4 tbsp mustard
  • 4 tbsp ketchup

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cheddar cheese into 4 thick, even strips. Season the ground meat with salt, pepper, and garlic, and thoroughly knead with your hands.
  • Take a ¼ portion of the meat and form a square patty. Place a cheese strip on one end of the patty and roll it up, making sure to carefully seal the burger roll. Now place two pieces of bacon next to each other, place the burger roll on one end, and roll up the entire thing. Repeat the process with the remaining three portions of ground meat.
  • Fry the burger rolls in plenty of oil until golden brown and then place each burger dog in a hot dog bun.
  • Top the bacon-wrapped, cheese-stuffed burger dog with ketchup, mustard, hot dog relish, and caramelized onions and enjoy!
