If you ever find yourself at a loss for dinner, you have no idea how to make a pie crust, and the fridge is mostly empty, we’re pretty sure this innovative adaptation of the quiche will get you out of a pinch! And you may even convince the man of the house to try it!

Looking for a quick and easy way to enjoy the flavors of a classic quiche? This White Bread Quiche recipe is a perfect solution for busy mornings or casual brunch gatherings. With a rich and creamy egg mixture, diced ham, and the melty goodness of both cheddar and mozzarella cheese, this recipe transforms humble slices of bread into mini quiches packed with flavor. The combination of diced onions and fresh chives adds a touch of zest and brightness, while the flexibility to use any type of bread makes this dish convenient and versatile.

To make these delightful quiches, start by whisking together eggs, cream, salt, and pepper for a silky base. Layer your bread slices in an oven-safe dish, then top with the diced ham, onions, and shredded cheeses. Pour the egg mixture over everything, letting it soak into the bread and bind the ingredients together. After a quick bake in the oven, you’ll have beautifully golden, individual portions of savory goodness that are perfect for sharing—or keeping all to yourself! Serve warm with a sprinkle of chives for a pop of color and freshness.
