Whether you were making them over a campfire in the summer, or zapping them in the microwave in the fall, they always made for the perfect treat. If you want to relive those wonderful days, but in a slightly less messy way, give this grown-up strawberry s’more cake a try.

Layered Strawberry S'more Cake

This s'more cake is a real feast for the eyes, and the inside's a real winner too, thanks to the strawberries, chocolate, and graham crackers which come together in perfect harmony, layer by layer.

Ingredients
  

  • 21 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp coffee
  • 3 tbsp Nutella
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3.5 fl oz cream
  • 5.5 oz strawberries
  • 21 oz graham crackers
  • 1 large cup cold milk coffee
  • cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and berries to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix the cream cheese, coffee, Nutella, honey, and cream together until smooth. Layer the mixture with graham crackers and strawberries in a dish. Refrigerate the cake for 2 hours before eating.
