The bundt cake is a true classic. Not only is it quick to prepare and usually requires only a few ingredients, but it’s also extremely versatile. Simply swap out a few ingredients, and you have a completely different cake with a new flavor. In keeping with strawberry season, today’s bundt cake features strawberries and a pink glaze.

Strawberry Bundt Cake: For an Easy Bake

Our strawberry bundt cake consists of both a quick batter and a glaze. Start by mixing together the butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Then, gradually add the eggs. Combine flour with baking powder and salt and stir into the other ingredients while mixing. Finally, fold in chopped strawberries and pour the batter into the pan. Finally, bake for 45 minutes.

Once the cake has cooled completely, it’s time to glaze it! You can make it by combining mashed strawberries, lemon juice, and powdered sugar. The result will be a strawberry bundt cake that surprises with a wonderfully moist and fluffy texture and a fresh taste. It is, in short, the perfect summer treat.

Need an extra flavor kick for your cake? Then mix chopped dark chocolate or almonds into the batter. Let your imagination run free and spirit soar when experimenting with this cake!
