RICE PUDDING BAKE WITH APPLES

  • Cook time: 50 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups apples, chopped
  • ½ cup rice pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Wash the apples and peel them (if preferred). Remove the core and dice them.
  3. In a baking dish, add rice pudding, milk, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, and the diced apples. Mix well.
  4. Bake for about 50 minutes.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
