INGREDIENTS

For the brownie batter:

  • 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate (or chocolate chips)
  • 1 and 1/2, or 3/4 cup, unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the cheesecake layer:

  • 1 and 1/4 cups cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Additionally:

  • 1 ½ cups fresh raspberries
