Ingredients:

For the herb-roasted pork loin accordion:

  • 8 oz pork loin
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • flour for the breading

For the pasta & white wine sauce:

  • ⅓ cup white wine
  • ⅔ cup heavy cream
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 6 oz cooked pasta

Instructions:

1. Place the pork loin between 2 wooden sticks and make several evenly-spaced vertical incisions, making sure not to cut all the way through.
