Onion Bacon Quiche

  • 24 oz onions, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅔ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 3 oz bacon, diced
  • cubed butter

For the pastry crust:

  • 2 cups flour
  • ¼ stick butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • 2 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar

Here's How:

  1. For the filling, sauté the diced onions in some oil in a pan over medium heat until they turn translucent. Add the sautéed onions to a bowl, add the eggs, heavy cream, and salt, and mix to combine.
