Neapolitan Nutella Cheesecake: 3 Layers, 3 Colors, 3 Flavors

There are many people who wrongly believe that every delicious cake, pie, and pastry comes fresh from the oven. This recipe produces a cake so gorgeous that nobody will believe you made it yourself. The best part? No oven necessary!

You will need:

  • 3 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Nutella, warmed
  • 3 tbsp Nutella (for the layer)
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 and 1/4 cup whipped cream
  • 5 tbsp strawberry jam
  • 12 sheets gelatin
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted

Here's how:

Mix the bread crumbs with the warmed Nutella and transfer the mixture to the bottom of a springform pan. Spread evenly and press flat.

In a large mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Afterwards, fold in the whipped cream.

Divide the cream cheese mixture into three portions. Stir in three tablespoons of Nutella to the first potion, and five tablespoons of strawberry jam to the second. Add four dissolved gelatin sheets to each portion and mix well.

You're almost there! First, pour the Nutella portion on top of the Nutella-breadcrumb crust, followed by the strawberry portion and finally, the cream portion. Between each layer, place the cake in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to prevent the layers from blending together.

As soon as all the layers have hardened, remove the cake from the springform pan and pour the melted dark chocolate over the top.

The end result looks like a masterpiece. It's almost to pretty to eat! Almost...

With this cake as a centerpiece, your table will look like it came right out of a bakery window display. Next time, feel free to replace the strawberry jam with another flavor. Nutella, however, is always a good idea. Enjoy!
