You'll need:
- 2 packages of chocolate pudding
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 and 2/3 cups mascarpone
- 9 oz Oreo cookies
- 1 1/4 cups whipping cream

Here's how:
First take the Oreos apart and using a knife, scrape the cream off into a bowl.

Now spread out a clean kitchen towel and place the cookie layers in a pile in the middle.

Fold up the corners of the towel and roll over the cookies with a rolling pin to crush them.

There shouldn't be any big pieces left, just little crumbs. Place these into a mixing bowl.

Take a casserole or cake form and put a layer of cling wrap on the bottom. This way you'll be able to pick up the cake easier later.

Now melt the butter in a small pan until it's completely liquid.

Pour the butter into the bowl with the cookie crumbs.

Now stir them together until you have a homogenous dough.

This will be the bottom layer of your pudding cake. Use a spoon to place it into the form.

And press it smooth.

Now for the second layer. Put the mascarpone into a new bowl.

Add the cream fillings from the Oreos and mix them well.

Next comes the powdered sugar.

Use an electric mixer to combine these ingredients into a creamy batter.

And pour in the milk.

Mix this together until it's perfectly smooth.

Now spread this part over the floor of your dessert and be sure that it's even.
Youtube/DELIZIEePASTICCi di Marzia
Now sprinkle a layer of chocolate chips — use 1/3 cup.
Youtube/DELIZIEePASTICCi di Marzia
For the next layer, add the pudding mix to a saucepan.
Youtube/DELIZIEePASTICCi di Marzia
Add the milk and stir until the pudding mix is dissolved.
Youtube/DELIZIEePASTICCi di Marzia
Cook the pudding according to package instructions.
Youtube/DELIZIEePASTICCi di Marzia
Now spread evenly over the chocolate chip layer.

For the last layer, carefully spread the whipped cream over the pudding.

Drizzle with a chocolate spread.

Now add the remaining chocolate chips.

When any of these heavenly ingredients just aren't enough on their own, here's your chance to eat them all together in each gooey, creamy spoonful. If you feel like garnishing with extra Oreos for presentation, we're pretty sure more calories won't make a difference at this point! ;-)
