Yield: 1
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Difficulty Level: Easy

You'll Need:

For the graham cracker crust:

  • 8 packs of Kit Kat bars (32 Kit Kat sticks)
  • 7 oz graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter, melted

For the cheesecake cream:

  • 1¾ cups cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream

For the chocolate ganache:

  • ⅓ cup heavy cream
  • 1⅓ cups milk chocolate chips

For the decoration:

  • 2 packs of Kit Kat bars

Here's How:

1. For the graham cracker crust, line a 7-inch springform pan with 32 individual Kit Kat sticks. Crush the graham crackers and combine them with the melted butter. Firmly press the graham cracker crumb mixture into the bottom of the springform pan and smooth out the top. Transfer the springform pan to the refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes.

2. For the cheesecake cream, wrap the cream cheese in a clean cheese cloth and hang it in the refrigerator over a bowl to catch any excess liquid that drains out.

3. Once the liquid has drained out, whisk the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar together in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy. Gradually fold in the whipped cream until everything is combined. Pour the cheesecake cream over the graham cracker crust in the springform pan and smooth out the top. Gently tap the springform pan on the countertop a few times to remove any air pockets. Transfer the springform pan to the refrigerator and chill for 2 hours.

4. For the chocolate ganache, heat the heavy cream to about 150°F. Pour the warm heavy cream over the chocolate chips and stir until the chocolate has melted and everything is combined. Remove the cheesecake from the refrigerator, pour the chocolate ganache over the cheesecake cream, and smooth out the top.

5. Grate 2 packages of Kit Kat bars over the chocolate ganache and dig in to your delicious no-bake cheesecake!
