MANGO COCONUT OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup milk or plant-based drink
- ¾ cups quick oats
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tsp maple syrup, to taste
- 1 mango
- 1 banana
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, combine milk, rolled oats, coconut flakes, and maple syrup in a sealable container. Place in the refrigerator to soak overnight.
- Peel the mango and banana. Dice the mango and slice the banana.
- Purée half of the mango and add it to the overnight oats as a sauce.
- The next morning, top your mango coconut overnight oats with the remaining mango cubes and banana slices before serving. Enjoy!
