How To Make Colorful Fruit Boba Pearls

These fun & colorful desserts are pop, pop, poppin'!

Ingredients:

For the red boba pearls:

  • ¼ cup strawberry puree
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup tapioca starch

For the green boba pearls:

  • ¼ cup kiwi puree
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup tapioca starch

For the yellow boba pearls:

  • ¼ cup mango puree
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup tapioca starch

For the purple boba pearls:

  • ¼ cup blueberry puree
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup tapioca starch

For the orange boba pearls:

  • ¼ cup apricot puree
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup tapioca starch

Instructions:

1. Puree each fruit and mix it with the sugar.

2. Add 2 teaspoons of the tapioca starch to each fruit mixture and microwave for 30 seconds. Then add the remaining tapioca starch to each fruit mixture and knead each one into a dough.

3. Form several equally-sized, small beads from each fruit dough.

4. Add the fruit boba pearls to a large pot of boiling water and let cook 10 minutes. Afterwards, immediately plunge the fruit boba pearls into ice water to prevent them from sticking together.
