Chocolate Seduction: Ferrero Rocher Brownies

Is there anything better than a batch of warm, gooey brownies? Dense and fudgy, they emerge from the oven only to melt in your mouth with such arrogance. Can you imagine if they were further enhanced with the sweet flavor of Ferrero Rocher chocolate? Ugh, the absolute horror:

You will need:

  • 12 Ferrero Rocher chocolates
  • 3.5 oz bittersweet chocolate
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Here's how:

Chop four Rocher chocolates into small pieces, as well as the bittersweet chocolate. Place the butter into a bowl with all of the chocolate pieces, and let the ingredients melt together over a pot of hot water.

Remove the bowl from heat and add the flour, eggs, sugar, and baking powder. Mix well to form a smooth batter.

Pour the batter into a baking pan and press the remaining Rocher chocolates on top. Finally, bake for 25 minutes at 350 °F.

The finished product looks terrible, no?

For more variety, try drizzling white chocolate into the batter or using a different type of praline. No matter how you prepare these brownies, they are sure to taste wonderful... we mean awful!
