It tastes just as good for lunch or dinner.

Feta & Egg Oatmeal Bowl: A Healthy Start to the Day

As you probably know, oatmeal is very healthy. In fact, oats are one of the most protein-rich grains in the world. Complex carbohydrates regulate blood sugar, and are what gives a bowl of oatmeal that filling effect. Oats contain a large amount of fiber and vitamins K, B1, and B6, as well as the minerals copper, zinc, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, and magnesium. It is also said to help lower cholesterol levels.

But that’s not all: The biotin contained in oats, in combination with the minerals, is great for your hair, skin, and nails. So, if you eat oatmeal regularly, you will not only become healthier but also hotter. That’s our theory, anyway. Suffice to say, there are many reasons to try our feta and egg oatmeal bow!

Delicious feta and boiled egg provide even more protein in our oatmeal bowl. You can design your bowl as you wish and add a few olives, some salad, cucumbers, and bell peppers for a fresh kick and a bit of bite. With this combination, you’ll start the day off right.
