There are certainly no objections when a side of hash browns shows up beside your omelet, so why should it be any different if a few handfuls of crinkle fries happen to find their way onto your quiche? - 7 oz crinkle fries
- 4.5 oz onion, chopped
- 4.5 oz bell pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 9 oz ham, diced
- 10 eggs
- ½ cup cream
- 1¼ cups shredded cheddar
- Spread the crinkle fries on a baking sheet and bake at 350 °F for 10 minutes.
- Heat a little oil in an ovenproof pan and add the onion and bell pepper. When the vegetables start to soften, add the garlic and the ham.
- Mix the eggs with cream and pour over the vegetables and ham. Without stirring, sprinkle the top with cheese and cover the entire surface with crinkle fries. Season with salt and bake at 390 °F for 15 minutes.
