Colorful Tsunami Cakes

1. Zebra Tsunami Cake

Ingredients:

For the zebra cake:

• yellow cake batter
• chocolate cake batter

For the cream cheese frosting:

• 8 oz cream cheese
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• ¾ cup whipped cream
• yellow food coloring

For the chocolate bars:

• 6 oz black candy melts, tempered
• 6 oz yellow candy melts, tempered
• pop it silicone mold

For the blue icing:

• ⅔ cup heavy cream
• ¾ cup milk
• 2 tbsp corn starch
• 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
• ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
• 3 sheets of gelatin
• blue food coloring

2. Rainbow Tsunami Cake

Ingredients:

For the tier cake:

• 9 egg whites
• 2 pinches of salt
• 1¾ cups sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• ⅔ cup sunflower oil
• ¾ cup milk
• 3 cups

For the rainbow chocolate sticks:

• 6 oz candy melts in each color (green, red, yellow, blue & purple)

For the cream cheese frosting:

• 8 oz cream cheese
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• ¾ cup whipped cream
• sugar pearls

For the rainbow icing:

• 1¼ cups heavy cream
• 1½ cups milk
• 3 tbsp corn starch
• 12 oz white chocolate chips, melted
• 1¼ cups sweetened condensed milk
• 5 sheets of gelatin
• red, green, yellow & blue food coloring
• 4 square cookies
