You’ll Need (for 6):

For the cones:

  • 1 puff pastry sheet

  • 1 whisked egg for the egg wash

  • red food coloring

  • 12 mini meringues

For the vanilla cream filling:

  • 1 cup milk

  • ½ vanilla bean

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • ¼ cup corn starch

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Extra:

  • parchment paper

  • 6 chocolate cupcakes

2. Corn Flake Christmas Trees

You’ll Need (for 6):

For the trees:

  • 10.5 oz white chocolate, chopped

  • green food coloring

  • 8 cups corn flakes cereal

For the decoration:

  • icing

  • silver sugar pearls

  • 6 white sugar stars

Extra:

  • parchment paper

  • paperclips

  • 6 popsicle sticks
