White Chocolate And Dark Chocolate Dessert Cups

Okay, this one is going to be a little bit different. Instead of showing you a recipe like we usually do, we're highlighting an epic dessert idea that is fast, easy, and tasty! That's right – we've come up with a way to create edible cups out of chocolate! In other words: a dream come true. All you need is a little help from some balloons.

You'll Need:

  • balloons
  • white chocolate
  • dark chocolate

Here's How:

1. Melt the chocolate over a water bath. We recommend using at least two different kinds of chocolate to decorate each of the dessert cups.

2. Blow up two different-sized balloons for each chocolate cup. Then dip the balloons halfway into the darker chocolate, one after the other.

3. Allow the dark chocolate to drip off a little. Now dip a fork into the white chocolate, turn the balloon so that the side with the chocolate is facing upward, and move the fork in the air to spread the white chocolate over it.

4. Wait until the chocolate has dried a little, then carefully place both balloons on a plate or platter and refrigerate them until the chocolate has set completely.

5. Carefully prick the balloons to let the air escape and then carefully remove the balloon remnants from the chocolate cups.

6. Glue the cups together by heating the underside until the chocolate starts to melt again and stick the other cup on top.

7. Now just fill the chocolate dessert cups with whatever your heart desires. We're partial to white chocolate mousse, fruit cocktail, strawberry smoothies, and refreshing summer cocktails, but the choice is yours!

Whether it's a fluffy mousse, assorted fruit salad, or even a refreshing drink, these elegant chocolate dessert cups are excellent for serving a wide array of delicacies. The possibilities are truly endless, so whatever ends up making it into your chocolate dessert cups is up to you! How about rice pudding, or maybe a few scoops of your favorite ice cream? Don't spend another day without these two-toned chocolate dessert cups in your repertoire!
