Pork Belly Tacos With A Cherry Cola Marinade

There are few dishes that hit the spot quite like tacos do. But your typical ground beef, chicken, and fish tacos have been done to death, so why not switch it up and try these delicious pork belly tacos with a cherry cola marinade? We'll admit, cherry cola might not pop into your head as the most Tex-Mex of ingredients, but its slightly fruity, tangy, sweet taste works perfectly with the spice mix we've chosen for our marinade, plus it makes the pork belly irresistibly tender and juicy. Serve everything up with a homemade pineapple salsa and you've got one tantalizing taco!
