Cabbage Frittata With Smoked Sausage
- 6 napa cabbage leaves
- 1 carrot
- 1 red onion
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp bread crumbs
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 smoked sausage
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
- olive oil for cooking
1. Cut the cabbage, carrot, and red onion into strips. Add the vegetable strips to a bowl and stir in the whisked eggs, flour, and bread crumbs. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
2. Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat and pour in the mixture.
3. Cut the sausage into slices and sprinkle them on top of the frittata together with the black sesame seeds. Once the frittata has cooked through, flip it over and briefly cook the other side until the sausage is a bit crispy.
