Get A Better Grip On Your Meal With A Burger Wrap

Wraps have become a healthy alternative to other types of bread and you can find them filled with all kinds of things you would normally find in a sandwich. But even the most health-conscious among us get a craving for a good old-fashioned hamburger once in a while, so we've come up with a solution that'll let you enjoy some classic fast food without having a bad conscience — say hello to the burger wrap!

You'll Need (for 1):

  • 5.3 oz ground beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 3 oz French fries
  • 2 oz lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 2 slices of crispy bacon

Here's How:

  1. Spice the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form it into a patty and fry it on both sides. When you turn it over, cover it with the cheese slices. The cheese will melt while the patty cooks.
  2. Spread some ketchup on the tortilla and then lay the French fries and the cooked burger patty in it. Now add some lettuce, onion, and tomato. The crowning touch is the bacon. When all the ingredients are on it, you can roll it up.

It's a fast food meal you can hold in one hand, and the best thing is that it's a bit healthier than the usual version thanks to the tortilla wrap. Feel free to try out some other variations: how about onion rings instead of fries? Sounds good to me!
