You will need (for 3-4 servings):
- 3 croissants
- 6 oz blueberries
- 7 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- Tear the croissants into small pieces and place them in a casserole dish, along with the blueberries.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract well, and pour over the croissants and blueberries.
- Finally, bake for 40 minutes at 320 °F.
