You'll Need:

  • 3.5 oz blackberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1.5 cups sparkling water

Here's How:

  1. Place the blackberries, sugar, and water into a pot and bring to a boil. Cook the ingredients until they reach a thick,  jam-like consistency.
  2. Using the back of a spoon, press the mixture through a sieve, creating a thick blackberry syrup.
  3. Pour some of the syrup into a large glass, followed by the ice cream and more syrup. Finally, fill the glass with sparkling water and watch the foamy goodness unfold!

The result is simply delicious. You can naturally try this recipe using other fruits and ice cream flavors. Let your imagination bubble over!
