How to Make Our Air Fryer Puff Pastry Rolls
It’s no secret that we love our air fryers. This practical kitchen gadget simplifies a lot of home baking and we can’t help but be giddy when we use it. After all, it’s so good to cut back on time and calories…Every once in a while at least. Our recipe for air fryer puff pastry rolls is for such days.
You don’t need much to prepare them. A roll of ready-made puff pastry from the freezer aisle, some crème fraîche, salt, and pepper will get the job done. You’ll also need some grated cheese of your choice. Do you have your favorite one on hand? Perfect, then let’s get started.
Start by rolling out the dough. Now spread the crème fraîche on it. Make sure you spread it evenly and season with salt and pepper. Now you can sprinkle cheese on it to your heart’s content. We opted for a mix of mild mozzarella and tangy cheddar. Roll the dough up again, cut off individual rolls, and place them in the air fryer basket, and off they go! In but the blink of an eye, you’ll find yourself rolling with these rolls. Delicious!
You can make an almost endless number of snacks and treats from puff pastry. Try making our puff pastry pudding sticks, ham and cheese pastry roses, and puff pastry cake with vanilla custard.
