LEMON CREAM CHEESE MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 organic lemons
  • 1 stick of unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour

INSTRUCTIONS
