Let the chocolate cool down to about 88°F (check with a kitchen thermometer) before proceeding.

1. Chocolate Swirl

Put the melted chocolate in a piping bag cut off the tip. Put parchment paper on a turntable or Lazy Susan, and squeeze the chocolate onto it in a swirl as you turn the device. Once the chocolate has hardened, carefully loosen the spiral from the parchment paper and drape it on the dessert of your choice.

3. Chocolate Feather

Dip half of a knife in the melted chocolate, press it on parchment paper, and run a comb through the chocolate on either side. Roll up the parchment paper and place it in a glass to dry. This chocolate feather is so realistic, it'll encourage you to spread your wings.
