1. Salami Roses

You'll Need:

  • 60 slices of salami
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • pizza dough

Here's How:

1.1 Preheat the oven to 350°F. Roll out the pizza dough and use a glass with a 2-inch rim to cut the pizza dough into 6 smaller circles. Line the rim of a 2-inch glass with 9 slices of salami, as shown in the video. Cut a final piece of salami so that it fits in the center.

1.2 Fill the rest of the glass with shredded mozzarella, then place a piece of pizza dough on top.

1.3 Flip the glass over so that the salami rose sits in the well of a muffin tray. Repeat this process 5 more times, until the muffin tray is filled. Sprinkle some additional shredded mozzarella on top of the salami roses, then transfer the muffin tray to the oven and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.

2. Salami Cream Cheese Rolls

You'll Need:

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 25 slices of salami
  • diced green bell pepper
  • crackers

Here's How:

2.1 Fill a resealable plastic bag with the cream cheese, then use a rolling pin to spread it out evenly throughout the bag. Cut 3 edges of the plastic bag open and fold over the top of the bag so that there is a full layer of cream cheese.

2.2 Lay the slices of salami on top of the layer of cream cheese so that it's completely covered, then use the plastic bag to help flip the whole thing over onto a clean work surface.

2.3 Place some diced green bell peppers in the layer of cream cheese, then roll everything up into a snug log. For the best results, transfer everything to the refrigerator and let it chill briefly before rolling it up. Slice the salami roll into small, snack-sized pieces.

You'll Need:

  • 2 tortillas
  • garlic & herb cream cheese
  • green bell pepper rings
  • 8 slices of cheese
  • 20 slices of salami

Here's How:

3.1 Place each of the fillings: garlic & herb cream cheese, green bell pepper rings, cheese, and salami, on ¼ of the tortilla.

3.2 Fold the tortilla in half, then fold it in half again to create a pocket. Repeat this process with the second tortilla and second half of the toppings.

3.3 Place the tortilla pockets in the toaster and toast them, or heat them up briefly on both sides in a pan until the cheese has melted.

You'll Need:

  • pizza dough
  • tomato sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • canned corn
  • sun-dried tomatoes
  • 12 slices of salami
  • olive oil + oregano
  • 2 olive slices
  • 1 slice of red bell pepper

Here's How:

4.1 Preheat the oven to 400°F. Roll the pizza dough out into a circle 11 inches in diameter. Slice the center of the pizza dough into the shape of a star, as seen in the video. Slide the bottom half of the dough to the right so that a section about ⅓ of each half is connected.

4.2 Layer the tomato sauce, canned corn, shredded mozzarella, and slices of salami along the outer edge of the dough in the shape of a snake.

4.3 Fold the loose sections of dough over to seal in the toppings. Mix together some olive oil and oregano, then brush the mixture over the surface of the dough. Place the olive slices and red bell pepper near one edge of the salami snake to make the eyes and tongue. Place the salami snake on a baking tray, transfer the baking tray to the oven, and bake it at 400°F for 10 minutes.
