1. Ramen Lasagna

You'll Need:

  • 1¼ cups Alfredo sauce
  • 4 packages of instant ramen noodles
  • 2½ cups tomato sauce with meat
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella

Here's How:

1.1 Preheat the oven to 350°F. For the ramen lasagna, line the bottom of a 8 x 8-inch casserole dish with half of the Alfredo sauce. Cut the 4 portions of instant ramen noodles in half lengthwise, place 4 halves on top of the layer of Alfredo sauce, and spoon half of the meat sauce over the first layer of noodles.

1.2 Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella over the layer of meat sauce. Repeat this same layering process with the remainder of the ingredients, making sure the top layer is shredded mozzarella. Transfer the casserole dish to the oven and bake the ramen lasagna at 350°F for 35 minutes until the layer of cheese on top becomes golden brown.

You'll Need:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1–2 tsp minced chili pepper
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 package of instant ramen noodles + hot water
  • chopped scallions + sesame seeds to garnish

2.1 For the ramen omelet, place the instant ramen noodles in a sieve positioned over a large heat-resistant bowl, pour hot water over them, and let them soak for 3 minutes.

2.2 Whisk together the eggs, soy sauce, minced chili pepper, white vinegar, and sesame oil. Drain the cooked ramen noodles and stir them together with the spicy egg mixture. Heat up a large skillet with a thin layer of vegetable oil on the stove and pour the ramen omelet mixture into the skillet. Once the egg starts to solidify, flip the omelet over and let the other side cook for another few minutes until it's golden brown on both sides.   • ¼ stick butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • crispy fried onions + chopped chives to garnish

3.1 Preheat the oven to 350°F, grease a muffin pan, and cook the instant ramen noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes. Once the noodles have cooked, drain them and let them cool. For the cheese sauce, melt the butter in a large saucepan. Stir in the flour, pepper, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring continuously.

3.2 Distribute the cooked ramen noodles equally among the wells in the greased muffin pan and pour the cheese sauce over the top.   • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups pizza sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • pepperoni slices
  • fresh basil to garnish

Here's How:

4.1 Preheat the oven to 325°F and grease a 10-inch springform pan. Cook the instant ramen noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes, drain them, and let them cool briefly. Stir together the cooked ramen noodles and the 2 eggs, transfer them to the springform pan, and press the mixture into the base. Transfer the springform pan to the oven and bake at 325°F for 10 minutes.

4.2 Once the crust is done baking, take the springform pan out of the oven, remove the ring, and increase the oven temperature to 400°F. Spread a layer of pizza sauce over the ramen crust and top the pizza with shredded mozzarella and pepperoni slices. Transfer the ramen crust pizza to the oven and bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
