4 Chocolate-Covered Frozen Yogurt Pops

The frozen yogurt craze might have already peaked, but we're here to bring it back! Just because frozen yogurt is a little healthier than ice cream, doesn't mean you have to sacrifice an inch on flavor, and these 4 quick & easy chocolate-covered frozen yogurt pops are going to show you just how delicious an ice cream alternative it can be! Layers of sweet yogurt and complimentary toppings get frozen, covered in milk chocolate, and finished off with a sweet, crunchy coating. Pistachio strawberry, coconut mango, honey granola, and blueberry pie – these flavors are poppin'!

1. Pistachio Strawberry Pop

You'll Need:

  • 2 x 4 oz strawberry yogurt cups
  • ¼ cup strawberry fruit spread or sauce
  • ⅓ cup tempered milk chocolate
  • ⅓ cup chopped pistachios
  • 2 popsicle sticks

Here's How:

1.1 Remove ¾ of the strawberry yogurt from each of the yogurt cups and set it aside for later. Spoon 1 tablespoon of strawberry fruit spread or sauce into each yogurt cup. Spoon 3 tablespoons of the strawberry yogurt you set aside on top of the strawberry fruit spread in each cup, then fill both yogurt cups with the remainder of the strawberry fruit spread.

1.2 Stick 1 popsicle stick into each filled yogurt cup, transfer them to the freezer, and freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

1.3 Remove the yogurt cups from the freezer and temper the milk chocolate. Run the yogurt cups under some warm water and remove the frozen yogurt pops from the cups. Dip the frozen yogurt pops into the tempered milk chocolate and coat them in chopped pistachios. Let the strawberry pistachio frozen yogurt pops thaw for 30 minutes at room temperature or for 2 hours in the refrigerator to serve.

2. Coconut Mango Pops

You'll Need:

  • 2 x 4 oz mango yogurt cups
  • ¼ cup mango fruit spread
  • ⅓ cup tempered milk chocolate
  • ⅓ cup shredded coconut, toasted
  • 2 popsicle sticks

Here's How:

2.1 Remove ¾ of the mango yogurt from each of the yogurt cups and set it aside for later. Spoon 1 tablespoon of mango fruit spread into each yogurt cup. Spoon 3 tablespoons of the mango yogurt you set aside on top, then fill both yogurt cups with the remainder of the mango fruit spread. Stick 1 popsicle stick into each filled yogurt cup, transfer them to the freezer, and freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

2.2 Remove the yogurt cups from the freezer and temper the milk chocolate. Run the yogurt cups under some warm water and remove the frozen yogurt pops from the cups. Dip the frozen yogurt pops in the tempered milk chocolate and coat them in toasted shredded coconut. Let the coconut mango frozen yogurt pops thaw for about 30 minutes at room temperature or for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

3. Honey Granola Pops

You'll Need:

  • 2 x 4 oz plain yogurt cups
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup tempered milk chocolate
  • ⅓ cup granola
  • 2 popsicle sticks

Here's How:

3.1 Remove ¾ of the plain yogurt from each of the yogurt cups and set it aside for later. Spoon 1 tablespoon of honey into each yogurt cup. Spoon 3 tablespoons of the plain yogurt you set aside on top of the honey in each cup, then fill both yogurt cups with the remainder of the honey. Stick 1 popsicle stick into each filled yogurt cup, transfer them to the freezer, and freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

3.2 Remove the yogurt cups from the freezer and temper the milk chocolate. Run the yogurt cups under some warm water and remove the frozen yogurt pops from the cups. Dip the frozen yogurt pops in the tempered milk chocolate and coat them in granola. Let the honey granola frozen yogurt pops thaw for about 30 minutes at room temperature or for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

4. Blueberry Pie Pops

You'll Need:

  • 2 x 4 oz blueberry yogurt cups
  • ¾ cup cookie crumbles (e.g. golden Oreos)
  • 2 tsp melted butter
  • ⅓ cup tempered milk chocolate
  • 2 popsicle sticks

Here's How:

4.1 Remove ¾ of the blueberry yogurt from each of the yogurt cups and set it aside for later. Crush the cookies and mix ½ cup of the cookie crumbles with the melted butter. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the cookie crumbles into each yogurt cup. 

4.2 Spoon 3 tablespoons of the blueberry yogurt you set aside on top of the cookie crumbles in each cup, then fill both yogurt cups with the remainder of the cookie crumbles mixed with melted butter. Stick 1 popsicle stick into each filled yogurt cup, transfer them to the freezer, and freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

4.3 Remove the yogurt cups from the freezer and temper the milk chocolate. Run the yogurt cups under some warm water and remove the frozen yogurt pops from the cups. Dip the frozen yogurt pops in the tempered milk chocolate and coat them in the remainder of the cookie crumbles. Let the blueberry pie frozen yogurt pops thaw for about 30 minutes at room temperature or for 2 hours in the refrigerator to serve.
