1. Bread Ring With Nutella And Bananas

You'll Need:

  • 12-14 slices of white bread
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • Nutella to spread on the bread
  • 12-14 small, thin chocolate bars (such as Hershey's)
  • ½ cup chopped hazelnuts

Here's How:

1.1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut the white bread slices in half diagonally, making sure that one piece is a bit bigger than the other.

1.2. Spread the Nutella on the larger half and lay 2 banana slices on top.

1.3. Lay a couple pieces of chocolate on the bananas and top with the small piece of the white bread. Spread more Nutella on top of the smaller piece, then lay the "sandwich" vertically in a greased bundt pan and repeat the previous steps with the rest of the ingredients.

1.4. Bake the bread ring for 30 minutes. Once it has cooled, remove the bread ring from the pan and sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top.

2. Bread Ring With Pork Loin, Pear, Gorgonzola Cheese & Cranberry Sauce

You'll Need:

  • 12-14 slices of white bread
  • 1½ lbs pork loin, sliced
  • 12 oz gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 pears, sliced
  • 8 oz cranberry sauce
  • handful of pecans

Here's How:

2.1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut the white bread slices in half diagonally, making sure that one piece is a bit bigger than the other, and spread gorgonzola cheese on the larger half.

2.2. Slice the pork loin, fry it until golden brown and crispy on both sides, and season with salt and pepper.

2.3. Lay a slice of pork loin on top of the gorgonzola.

2.4. Slice the pears lengthwise and lay a slice on top of the pork loin.

2.5. Lay the smaller piece of bread on top and spread a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top. Lay the "sandwich" vertically in a greased 9-inch bundt pan and repeat the previous steps with the rest of the ingredients. Bake the bread ring for 30 minutes. Once it has cooled, remove the bread ring from the pan, drizzle more cranberry sauce over it, and sprinkle pecans on top.

3. Bread Ring with Tomato, Mozzarella, and Basil Pesto

You'll Need:

  • 12-14 slices of white bread
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 12 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • basil pesto to spread on the bread
  • fresh basil, chopped

Here's How:

3.1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut the white bread slices in half diagonally, making sure that one piece is a bit bigger than the other. Spread pesto on the larger half and top with a slice of tomato and mozzarella.

3.2. Lay the smaller piece of white bread on top of the mozzarella and spread more pesto on top. Lay the "sandwich" vertically in a greased 9-inch bundt pan and repeat the previous steps with the rest of the ingredients. Bake the bread ring for 30 minutes. Once it has cooled, remove the bread ring from the pan and garnish with fresh basil.
