2. Goblin Pizza

Yield: 1
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Difficulty Level: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 2 ready-made pizza dough crusts
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • pizza sauce
  • 1 ball of fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 4-6 slices of bacon
  • 4 hot dogs
  • 8 almond slices
  • 4 mozzarella pearls
  • 4 black olive slices
  • 4 almonds

Instructions:

Roll out the pizza dough crusts and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese around the edge of 1 of the crusts. Fold the outer pizza dough edges inwards over the cheese and press it down into the dough to create a cheesy stuffed crust. Spread pizza sauce over the center of the pizza and top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Take the second pizza dough crust and wrap it around the ball of fresh mozzarella and seal the ends. Wrap bacon slices around the doughy cheese ball, place it on the top half of the pizza, and brush pizza sauce over it. Cut the hot dogs in half widthwise, make cuts in them as shown in the video, and then place them on either side of the bottom half of the pizza. Transfer the pizza to a preheated oven and cook at 350°F for 25 minutes. Remove the pizza fro the oven and place a sliced almond on the tip of each hot dog "finger." Create multiple eyes with mozzarella pearls and black olive slices and place them around the pizza. Finally, place 4 almonds in the well of the bacon-wrapped doughy cheese ball to look like teeth.
