1. Garlic Herb Chicken With Rice

You'll Need:

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 4 tsp salt, divided
  • 4 tsp pepper, divided
  • 4 tsp paprika, divided
  • 4 tsp garlic powder, divided
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1½ cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs

Here's How:

1.1 Heat some olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder over each chicken thigh and rub the spices into the skin. Add the seasoned chicken thighs to the pot and cook on both sides.

1.2 Remove the chicken thighs from the pot. Add the red onion, uncooked rice, chicken broth, and fresh herbs to the pot and bring to a simmer.

1.3 Put the chicken thighs back in the pot and cover with a lid. Transfer the pot to a preheated oven and cook at 400°F for 35 minutes.

  • 4 hot dogs, chopped

  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 qt whole milk
  • 11 oz uncooked penne noodles
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs

2.1 Heat some oil in a pan and add the onion slices, hot dog pieces, and bell pepper strips. Season everything with salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, and chili powder.

2.2 Add the uncooked pasta and milk, cover the pan with a lid, and let everything simmer. After a while, add the shredded cheese and fresh herbs. Once the pasta is al dente, it's done!

You'll Need:

  • 1 lb ground beef, formed into meatballs
  • ½ onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 14 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 8 oz uncooked spaghetti noodles
  • 3 cups water
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs

Here's How:

3.1 Heat some oil in a pan and fry the meatballs. Add the diced onion, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and tomato paste to the skillet.

3.2 Add the crushed tomatoes, uncooked spaghetti noodles (break them in half to make them fit in the pan more easily), and water. Cover the pan with a lid and let everything simmer.
