1. Ferocious Monster Burger

You'll Need:

  • 1 hamburger bun
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 slice of tomato
  • ketchup
  • 1 slice of mozzarella, cut
  • 1 ground beef patty, fried
  • 1 pickle, sliced
  • mustard
  • 2 peppercorns
  • 2 slices of red onion
  • 2 toothpicks
  • 1 straw

Here's How:

1.1 Slice open the hamburger bun, toast it briefly in a pan, then fry the ground beef patty until cooked all the way through. Spread some mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun, place a slice of tomato on top, then add some ketchup. Make a zigzag-shaped cut through the middle of the slice of mozzarella cheese to make the monster's teeth. Place half of the slice of cheese on top of the tomato, letting the zigzag cut stick out from the bun slightly.

1.2 Place the ground beef patty on top of the cheese, then stack a long slice of pickle, the other half of the cheese, some ketchup, and another slice of tomato on top. Use a straw to make 2 holes in the top of the hamburger bun to make the monster's nostrils.

1.3 To make the monster's eyes, cut out 2 circular cross-sections of red onion, stick a toothpick into each one, and top both with a small slice of tomato, mayonnaise, ketchup, and 1 peppercorn in the center. Stick the toothpicks into the top of the hamburger bun and fill the monster's nostrils with mustard. Now your the delicious monster burger is ready to be eaten – as long as you're the one to take the first bite!

2. Dismembered Chicken Drumsticks

You'll Need:

  • 1 tsp paprika 
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • 5 skinless chicken drumsticks
  • 1 sheet of pie crust
  • black sesame seeds
  • 1 whisked egg for the egg wash
  • tweezers

Here's How:

2.1 Preheat the oven to 375°F. Stir together the paprika, salt, and chili powder, then coat the skinless chicken drumsticks with the dry rub, making sure to keep the bones uncovered.

2.2 Cut the pie crust into 5 equally sized pieces, place 1 seasoned drumstick in the center of each piece, and wrap it in the dough, forming a ridge along the entire length of the drumstick. Be sure to keep the bones uncovered again.

2.3 Pinch the ridge several times with tweezers and position the black sesame seeds horizontally along the pinches so that it looks like the drumstick has been stitched up. Transfer the drumsticks to the refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes.

2.4 Place the dismembered drumsticks on a baking tray, whisk an egg, and brush egg wash over the surface of the dough. Transfer the baking tray to the oven and bake the dismembered drumsticks at 375°F for 40–45 minutes, until golden brown.

3. Bloody Bones

Cooking Time: 15–20 minutes
Difficulty Level: Easy

You'll Need:

  • 1 sheet of pizza dough
  • 5 hot dogs
  • ketchup

Here's How:

3.1 Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut 4 x 2-inch rectangles out of the pizza dough. Put 1 hot dog in the lower middle section of a piece of dough and top it off with some ketchup.

3.2 Tightly roll the shorter ends of the dough up, and stop once they reach the ends of the hot dog.

3.3 Roll everything up into a snug log, then cut the ends of the dough through the center. Flip the 2 ends of dough on each side outwards and downwards to form the shape of a bone. Press the flipped sections of dough into the sides of the hot dog, then transfer the bloody bones to a baking tray.

3.4 Transfer the baking tray to the oven and bake at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
