Simple never tasted so good: parmesan baked tomatoes

We all know it to be true: Too many cooks spoil the broth. Often the same proverb can apply to recipes: Too many ingredients and an unreasonable amount of work can lead to disastrous results. Now you can make a tasty meal without either of these problems. With this simple recipe, tomatoes and cheese come together to create a dish that not only looks good, but tastes even better.

You will need:

  • tomatoes
  • parmesan
  • oregano
  • salt
  • olive oil

Here's how:

  1. Cut your washed tomatoes in half and place them on a lined baking tray.
  2. Using a grater, add some parmesan on top of the tomato halves.
  3. Now sprinkle some oregano, along with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Finally, drizzle the olive oil over the tomatoes. Preheat the oven to 320°F and then bake for 15 minutes.

Delicious certainly doesn't have to be complicated. For an extra touch, try adding a few basil leaves. Not even 10 cooks could spoil this dish! Enjoy!
