In the mood for something delicious to snack on? Something healthy and not so fattening? Then try out this very unique twist on chips. It's divine!
You'll need the following:
- 1 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated or dried)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
Here's what you do:
First, cut the zucchini into slices. The thinner they are, the crunchier the final result will be.
Then dip the zucchini slices into milk. In about 10-15 minutes, they should absorb a lot of the milk.
Now mix the rest of the ingredients. No need to be precise about the measurements.
Now roll both sides of each slice once in the bread-cheese mixture.
Place the breaded vegetable slices on the grate of your oven.
Once it's full, it goes off into the oven at 400°F for about 20-25 minutes. And when they start to turn golden brown, they are done. Have fun and enjoy!
