This No-Bake Eclair Cake Is So Easy To Make

An éclair is a truly mouth-watering French pastry with its sweet filling of vanilla cream. It's just kind of annoying that you always have to go a bakery for an éclair because making them at home is no easy task. But here we'll show you how you fill up an entire dish with them and everyone will be astonished at the end and will happily enjoy. And you won't even have to turn on your oven.

You'll need:

  • 2 packets vanilla pudding powder
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • graham crackers
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • pinch of salt

Here's how:

Prepare the pudding according the instructions on the package with 4 cups of milk, this way the pudding won't become too liquidy. Cover with saran wrap and let cool in refrigerator for an hour.

Then beat the heavy whipping cream and stir into the pudding. By covering the bowl with saran wrap, the pudding doesn't get a skin and there are no unsightly little clumps.

Lay out graham crackers into the bottom of a baking dish.

Then spread half of the vanilla cream over it.

Now another layer of Graham crackers goes on top.

And now add the rest of the cream on it.

Adding one final layer of Graham crackers is the last step.

In a bowl, mix milk, powdered sugar, butter, salt and cocoa for the frosting. Even if it doesn't look like it at first, the ingredients turn into a delicate cream, like melted chocolate.

Then the cream gets poured on top of the Graham crackers. Use a spoon or dough scraper to spread it out evenly. The dessert goes into the refrigerator overnight or at least for several hours.

And now enjoy!

This tastes so divine that everyone will be asking you for the recipe and it costs much less than the highly coveted éclairs at the bakery. The only disadvantage of the delicious dessert is that you'll be tempted to wolf down the whole thing all by yourself. Well, at least your love handles will keep you afloat the next time you go swimming!
