The yummiest banana pancakes in the world — a great start to the day!
An old bit of wisdom tells us that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and with this recipe, it can also be the most delicious. You only need three ingredients to start your day off right! Even if you're not a morning person, you'll want to jump out of bed when you know that this tasty treat awaits you.
What you'll need for one portion:
- 1 pan
- 1 medium-size banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of butter
Here's how it's done:
- Use a fork to mash up the banana
- Now add the eggs and cinnamon and mix everything thoroughly
- Heat up the pan, coat it with butter and pour in some pancake mix. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
